Massage Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of massage therapy services provided by Anastasia Smith ("the Therapist") at Anastasia Massage Therapy ("the Business")

1. Services Provided

The Therapist offers massage therapy services aimed at promoting relaxation, stress relief, and general well-being. It is important to note that the Therapist is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Appointment Policy

Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance. Appointments are not booked unless confirmation is received in the form of an automated email or direct communication from the Therapist.  A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for appointment cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours or if the client fails to show up for the appointment, a non-refundable deposit of £15 will be retained by the Business. A consultation will be conducted before your first treatment with the Therapist. By completing the consultation form, you are confirming that the information you provided us correct and that, as far as you are aware, you can undertake treatment without any adverse effects. 

3. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies to the Therapist before receiving massage therapy services. The Therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on the client's health status or any contraindications.

4. Confidentiality

All client information and conversations during massage therapy sessions are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

5. Liability

While the Therapist takes utmost care to provide safe and effective massage therapy services, clients acknowledge that massage therapy involves certain risks and agree to release the Therapist and the Business from any liability for injuries, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the massage therapy session.

6. Payment

Payment for massage therapy services is due at the time of the appointment. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods as agreed upon by the Therapist and the client.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The Therapist reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Business's website.
